--- title: "About SeaTime | Boat Rental with Skipper in the Balearics" description: "Meet SeaTime: we select skippered boats from trusted local owners in Mallorca, Ibiza and Menorca and stay with you until the day you sail." url: "https://seatime.yachts/en/about-us/" language: "en" type: "page" last_modified: "2026-10-30" site: "SeaTime" --- # About SeaTime SeaTime was born in Mallorca in 2026 with a simple idea: renting a boat in the Balearics should be as easy as choosing which cove you fancy swimming in. ## Who we are SeaTime was founded by Jordi Fernández and is run by a small team who live the sea on the islands. We speak English, Spanish and German, and every request is answered by a real person, not an automated system. ## What we do We select boats from trusted local owners in Mallorca, Ibiza (with trips to Formentera) and Menorca: motorboats, RIBs, yachts and catamarans. Almost all of them come with a professional skipper, so you need no licence or experience. - Half-day, six-hour and full-day trips. - Crewed weekly charters with nights on board. - Plans for couples, families, groups of friends, celebrations and companies. ## How we work 1. **Tell us your plan:** dates, group size and island. 2. **Get a clear proposal:** boat, skipper or crew, cleaning, VAT, fuel and, on weekly charters, the APA. No small print. 3. **Book and enjoy:** we stay with you until the day you sail. SeaTime acts as an intermediary: each boat and its crew belong to their owner, and we make sure everything fits what you are looking for. ## Let’s talk WhatsApp: [+34 640 27 41 12](https://wa.me/34640274112) · Email: [info@seatime.yachts](mailto:info@seatime.yachts) [**Request your proposal**](https://seatime.yachts/en/proposal/) or visit our [contact page](https://seatime.yachts/en/contact/). ## Sitemap - [Sitemap (Markdown)](https://seatime.yachts/sitemap.md): every page of the site, grouped by island and type of boat - [llms.txt](https://seatime.yachts/llms.txt): summary of SeaTime for AI assistants - [HTML version of this page](https://seatime.yachts/en/about-us/)
