This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website seatime.yachts (hereinafter, “the Website”), owned by Jordi Fernández López. Accessing or using the Website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
SeaTime acts exclusively as an intermediary between users and nautical partners (vessel owners, charter companies and skippers). SeaTime is not the lessor of any vessel, does not own a fleet, and does not carry out the navigation service. The vessel hire contract is concluded directly between the user and the relevant partner.
Accordingly, SeaTime accepts no liability for the condition, seaworthiness or safety of vessels, nor for the conduct of partners or their crew.
All content on the Website — texts, images, logos, graphics, videos, design and source code — is owned by Jordi Fernández López or by third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected under Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without the express written authorisation of the holder is strictly prohibited.
Jordi Fernández López does not guarantee the availability, continuity or infallibility of the Website, and accepts no liability for damages arising from service interruptions, computer viruses, improper use of the Website by the user, or inaccuracy of third-party content.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit, expressly waiving any other forum that may apply, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona, without prejudice to the rights available to consumers under the consumer protection legislation of their country of residence.
